Will it protect my hand?

No. Rex is a play layer, not armor. Sharp claws and teeth can reach through fabric. It helps you play longer, it does not make you invincible. If your cat is aggressive, do not use it.

My cat is scared of it.

Normal for the first session. Leave it on the floor and drag it slowly. Do not raise it over your head. Most cats approach within a minute.

What if my cat ignores it?

Put a pinch of catnip in both pods and leave Rex out overnight. If your cat still does not care after two weeks, email us within 30 days and we will refund you.

Will it fit my hand?

The wrist strap opens wide and fits most adult hands.

Can I wash it?

Remove the feather load and catnip pods first. Machine wash cold, air dry.

How fast does it ship?

Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. US delivery is usually 3 to 6 business days.

What is the guarantee?
