30 days, used or not

Email service@kaijupaw.co with your order number and we will send a return label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.

If it breaks during play

If a seam or the jaw fails during supervised play within 30 days, send a photo and we will replace it once. No return needed.

This does not cover unsupervised play or normal wear from a cat biting through the fabric.
