💢️ What happens if your package is lost, stolen or damaged 💢️
Every day 1.7 million packages are stolen or lost in the US, costing businesses $25 million daily. Despite some retailers and package delivery companies making an effort to stop porch piracy, much of this burden is still put on the consumer.
If you purchase our SHIPPING INSURANCE
We will file a claim with the shipping company and then send out a replacement item within 24 hours (M-F) to you. Instead of waiting for the shipping company to complete their investigation, we ship your replacement out ahead of time. Our team will handle the claim and work directly with the shipping. The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and may contact you for additional details.
If you do NOT purchase the Shipping Insurance
We will start a claim with the shipping company and start an in house investigation. We require 3 business days (M-F) to conduct an in house investigation. If you are concerned about theft, please purchase the Shipping Protection or use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered packages.

How to use it
Night one matters.
Leave it on the floor and drag it slowly. Do not lift it over your head.
Put a pinch of catnip in the pods and let it sit out overnight.
Open the jaw when your cat commits. Stop the session when the bites get harder.

Will it protect my hand?
No. Sharp claws and teeth can reach through fabric. It lets you play longer without stopping. It does not make you invincible. If your cat is aggressive, do not use it.
My cat is scared of it.
Normal on the first night. Drag it on the floor instead of holding it up. Most cats approach within a minute.
My cat ignores every toy.
Start with the feather load and the crinkle sound, not the monster. If your cat still does not care after two weeks, email us within 30 days for a refund.
How fast does it ship?
Orders leave our warehouse in 2 business days. US delivery is usually 3 to 6 business days.
What is the guarantee?
30 days from delivery. If a seam or the jaw fails during supervised play, we replace it once.
